I oversaw the marketing for the Zarrow Mental Health Symposium at Mental Health Association Oklahoma. By strategically managing annual budgets and vendor relationships, I ensured maximum ROI and consistent brand alignment across every deliverable.

Multiple high-volume mailer waves and the comprehensive event agenda.
Oversaw the physical attendee experience, including custom signage, banners, websites, and attendee badges.
Creative Problem Solving: The "Zero-Waste" Centerpieces
Beyond high-level management, I remain committed to fiscal responsibility. In one notable instance, I identified a budget surplus opportunity by hand-designing 80 custom table centerpieces using recycled leftover mailers from a previous campaign. This initiative saved the event $1,200 while serving as a tangible conversation starter about sustainability and resourcefulness.
